Services Terms and Conditions

By using any services provided by TTEC Computers Inc. (“TTEC”), the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all applicable pricing schedules, quotes, user acceptance testing forms, acceptable use policies, privacy policies, addenda, amendments, and all limitations of liability.

In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, and intending to be legally bound, TTEC Computers Inc. and the Customer agree that TTEC shall provide the services described to the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Section 1 – General Terms

Warranty
  • Hardware and software installation and configuration services are warranted for 60 business days.
  • All computer products and systems include a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • Any warranty will be deemed void if products are damaged, burned, cracked, misused, or altered from their original form.
Pricing and Quotes
  • Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing is subject to change.
  • Installation services are based on regular business hours. Weekend or after-hours services will incur additional charges.
  • A dispatch fee may apply and will be clearly stated on the invoice.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
  • All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
  • Returned goods must be in resalable condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on printers or software.
Risk and Liability

TTEC Computers Inc. is not responsible for any risk of loss, damage, or related costs, including bodily injury or property damage, that may arise in connection with the services provided.

Cancellation Fees:

Remote Support Plans
  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice by email is required for cancellation.
  • A three (3) month penalty fee applies if proper notice is not provided.
On-Site Services
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice by email is required.
  • Failure to provide notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Compliance Audits:

From time to time, Customers may be required to undergo audits or provide IT, backup, licensing, or related documentation for compliance or insurance purposes (including but not limited to PIPEDA, PHIPA, ISO). TTEC Computers Inc. will provide requested assistance at standard hourly rates.

Customer Data Ownership

All Customer data remains the exclusive property of the Customer. TTEC Computers Inc. makes no claim of ownership over Customer data

Non-Solicitation of Employees:

The Customer agrees not to solicit or engage any employee of TTEC Computers Inc. to perform services independently during the term of the agreement and for two (2) years following termination of any Service Order.

Conflicts with Service Orders:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts directly with a Service Order, the Service Order shall prevail.

Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTEC Computers Inc., including its shareholders, owners, affiliates, partners, directors, officers, agents, and employees, from all losses, claims, damages, and legal actions arising from:

  • The Customer’s use of services, or
  • Actions or omissions of the Customer or their representatives

Modifications:

TTEC Computers Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing, services, or these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice will be provided for material changes. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Signatures:

Electronic signatures are legally binding. Acceptance of a quote through TTEC Computers Inc.’s quoting tool constitutes a Service Order.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements related to the subject matter.

Section 1 – Conclusion of the Contract:

Approval of a quotation by email or other digital means constitutes a binding agreement. All invoices are payable promptly. Overdue invoices are subject to 2% monthly interest.

Section 2 – Execution of the Contract:

(Applicable to Quotations Only)

  • TTEC Computers Inc. will assign a qualified technician to perform the services.
  • Within the scope of the approved quotation, TTEC retains discretion over service execution methods, while considering client preferences.
  • Any changes, additions, or reductions must be authorized by a manager’s signature.
  • Additional troubleshooting or out-of-scope services will be billed at standard rates.
  • TTEC shall follow any agreed-upon development and documentation procedures outlined in the contract.
