Submit your ticket via remote agent from your own computer
In your system tray by the clock, you should find our remote agent icon to give you access to our technical support team. It looks like an orange and blue icon with ‘TTEC Computers Inc. Managed 24*7’. An example is below:
Right-click on the remote agent and select Create Service Ticket.
Enter your information with a clear description of the problem and what you need help with. Important to enter your email address in the “From:” field.
After you’ve completed entering the information, click the Send button at the top right to submit the ticket.
